Cancellation information
in case of inability to fly due to bad weather a transfer shuttle will be organized at Ciuk location (30% of the paid fee will be refunded)
in case of race cancellation 100% of the paid fee will be refunded
in case of inability to participate the following conditions will be applied:
cancellation by 20/12/2024- 70% refund of the paid fee will be refunded;
cancellation from 21/12/2024- the entire paid fee will be withheld.
